Biography

Kelvin Cheung is a Staff Software Developer from IBM and is part of the WebSphere Java Web Services Tools team. Since 2003, Kelvin has been working on Eclipse plugin development, implementing Web Services tools in IBM's WebSphere Studio Application Developer, Rational Application Developer, as well as the WebSphere Application Server Toolkit. He has received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo. He is also a Sun certified developer for Java Web Services, Web Component and EJB Business Component.
