Carl nominated as "project lead" of the datatools subproject
Although Carl has just been made a committer on this project. David has proposed Carl become the team lead to help maintain and manage this project. Carl is best suited for this as he now manages most Releng responsibilities, and most work planned for datatools is reacting to build dependencies.
Progress on transferring ownership of JSDT and JEE EPP packages
Not much progress has been made finding owners for the packages. What are the next steps? We need to discuss benefits and negatives from opening up the search to less involved WTP participants. Can each member re-consider picking up ownership of one of these packages? Especially JEE - being our premier release vehicle for WTP?

Kaloyan asked about some IBM contributions to Libra. Chuck has spoken with Zina, and she will communicate her team's planned involvement after the initial contribution made last year.
Some discussion of "feed back" sessions. Discuss method introduced last week - "encouraging" team leads to speak up, and suggest or vote on topics most important to them
