"Ownership" of EPP Packages?
Kaloyan to send msg to wtp-dev asking if anyone interested. We'd prefer WTP committer, but does not _have_ to be .... though, does need to be a committer. We discussed that "owner" had the responsibility to triage/fix bugs in EPP buckets, "smoke test" each milestone to make sure package is presentable to public for further testing. But also has the "power" to decide exactly what goes in the package (under EPP constraints, and community feedback, naturally).
