review
There were some brief comments to include more "graduation info" by convention, similar to graduating project. For example, regurly produced predictable milestone builds, effectively interacted with community through bugzilla, mailing lists, presenations. Also more time was desired to review ... anticipated no problems, but wanted to be sure all the right people reviewed to be polite to them. Bottom line, we'll formally finish our review at first meeting next year, and send to EMO after that. The anticipated "move work" would be expected to take place end of January, or February.
- This (12/14) last PMC meeting of 2010? Next meeting Jan. 4th?
While several of us will be around next week (at least part time) it was decided next phone meeting will be on Jan. 4th.
Future Agenda items
- Retrospect Helios quick maintenance release. Does it mean we weren't ready to release? Any way to improve timing in future?
- Disuss our model and assignments of "PMC Roles". Do they still make sense?
