Does JPT in WTP 3.3 require some new libraries I missed copying over? See many failures in latest I-build. I've not studied log yet ... since infrastructure was flaky last night, just trying a re-build first. I could have forgotten something obvious in setting up JPT tests.

- Retrospect Helios quick maintenance release. Does it mean we weren't ready to release? Any way to improve timing in future?
