Proposal sent in, a little back and forth with Wayne (to elaborate on "initial contribution"), and sent in again.

JPA Editor diagram editor 0.5 to be released "in about a month". Expect pre-graduation release-review materials soon.
When are plans due? I need to get Planning Council aligned, put on Wednesday agenda.
Maven support. Raghu plans to research and/or lead effort to define what support we currently have, who is (should be) doing improvements.
Future Agenda items
- Retrospect Helios quick maintenance release. Does it mean we weren't ready to release? Any way to improve timing in future?
