• Raghu: start 3.0 requirements wiki.

Closed Action Items

• Jess: email latest slide deck to PMC. When all have approved, email emo.
• Neil: email pmc members with inactive committer list.
• Jess: set up bugzilla query for the bugs fixed in 1.5.4 and incorporate that into the website.
• John: Create release scorecard.
