Swordfish can be downloaded from the Galileo Update Site. Look at Help > Install New Software... > select Galileo - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo > SOA Development Tools (Swordfish Tooling) or EclipseRT Target Platform Component (Swordfish Runtime)
