The Eclipse Web Tools Platform Project Management Committee

This project proposal is in the Proposal Phase and is posted here to solicit additional project participation and ways the project can be leveraged from the Eclipse membership-at-large. You are invited to comment on and/or join the project. Please send all feedback to the eclipse.webtools newsgroup or the wtp-proposal mailing list.

The Eclipse Web Tools Platform Project is managed by a Project Management Committee (PMC). The work of the Project is organized into subprojects, each with its own sub-project lead who is responsible for its success. Where appropriate, larger subprojects may be further divided into component teams, each with its own leaders.

This page lists those individuals expected to comprise the PMC or to lead currently planned subprojects. As with any Eclipse project, this project will be meritocratic. We will welcome to the project all participants who are able to make the requisite commitment and contribution, and will assign responsibility accordingly over time.

The initial Web Tools Platform PMC will be chosen from the appropriate contributors at the project kickoff meeting. While ObjectWeb has been working jointly with the Eclipse Management Organization (EMO) to facilitate the creation of this project proposal, no particular individual has been identified to act as a Web Tools Platform PMC Lead yet.
