Device Debugging Project
The goal of this project is to improve the overall experience of device
software debugging in Eclipse by influencing other projects and filling in
missing functionality. The main technology developed by this project is the
Debugger Services Framework (DSF) which is an alternative to the standard debug
model provided by platform Debug. The exemplary tool of this framework is the
integration with GDB debugger.
Other technologies in this project are the IP-XACT schema editor and a memory
view renderer, which mimics the traditional memory view design in other IDEs.
