This plan describes the work for Scout release 3.9 for the Kepler release train 2013.

Main goals are to provide support for tablet/mobile applications based on Scout.

Bugfix deliverables for Juno SR1 (09/28/12), and Juno SR2 (02/22/13). Scout plans on delivering builds for the following Kepler milestones.

Scout's target environments are:

• Eclipse based RCP applications (SWT and Swing)
• Eclipse based Web applications (RAP)
• Equinox based runtimes (e.g. Equinox servers)
