[platform-dev] An "Text Editor" category in N&N platform.html

Hi,

As I'm working on the N&N, I have the impression it would be good to have in the N&N platform.html file a "Text Editors" category just like it exists for PDE.

The current categories are

* Views, Dialogs and Toolbar
* Preferences

* Themes and Styling
* General Updates

I suggest we change them to

* Views, Dialogs and Toolbar

* Text Editors

* Preferences

* Themes and Styling
* General Updates
