The Jetty project is coordinated between Eclipse for the latest core components and the codehaus for Jetty accessories, extensions, and older versions of Jetty.
Jetty 7 is dual licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and Eclipse Public License 1.0. Jetty is free for commercial use and distribution under the terms of either license, with exceptions listed in the NOTICE file.
The latest Jetty accessories, extensions, and integrations are available from the codehaus and are licensed under the Apache License 2.0 with exceptions explained in the NOTICE file.
Jetty 6 is distributed solely under the Apache License 2.0 with details and exceptions listed in the NOTICE file.
