atf 0.3.0 installation woes [message #562402]

The installation appeared to have gone smoothly, eclipse restarted.

Then ... nothing. Can't launch as in
http://wiki.eclipse.org/ATF/Help/Tasks/Launch/Launch There's no 'Web
Browser Perspective' as described
in http://wiki.eclipse.org/ATF/Installing

Can this run on linux? Pl. advise. Thanks.
