I would like to deploy CDO in K8s and would like to build the container automatically. The recommended method is the use of Oomph, but Oomph has no headless mode. So it cannot be used in a scripted build.

Hence I intend to fall back to P2 director. This begs the question, what bundles need installation and how can I configure the system before startup?

Is there such a recipe at all?

Hi Jörn,

Sorry for the late reply.

There is a headless Oomph installer at https://github.com/a-langer/eclipse-oomph-console .

CDO's help center provides an Operator's Guide: https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/cdo/drops/R20221130-2113/help/index.html or https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/cdo/drops/R20221130-2113/help/org.eclipse.emf.cdo.doc/html/operators/index.html

When you install a CDO workspace (see https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDO_Source_Installation ) there are several example plugins and classes, such as org.eclipse.emf.cdo.examples.server.Server.
