Good day everyone,

Sorry for this question but I just would like to ask if what I'm thinking is possible.

I've already read through a number of possible BPMN diagram support/creator and I think that the closest one to what I need is the BPMN2 modeler plugin of eclipse (https://www.eclipse.org/bpmn2-modeler/). I need to generate a BPMN diagram programmatically and I'm thinking of using the eclipse BPMN2 modeler plugin for it. My question is, is it possible to embed the BPMN2 modeler plugin onto another eclipse project? Like, when I execute this other project, the BPMN2 modeler would also be executed (after some button request) with an auto-generated diagram created programmatically.

HI

The whole phiolosphy of Eclipse is the ability of various plugin based contributions top co-exist. What you ask is therefore almost certainly possible, but as is often the case with Open Source you may need to do quite a bit of code reading to see how things work.
