What is the proper way to enable 4.7 Birt reports to fetch MySQL data on Debian w/Tomcat? I have placed the correct MySQL J/Connector in both

/var/lib/tomcat9/webapps/Birt/WEB-INF/lib

and

/var/lib/tomcat9/lib

locations but I still get error that Birt cannot establish a connection to MySQL.

The Birt test report displays fine.
