Is there a tool/feature or commonly-used method to force reports onto one page with BIRT?

There is a report used in my organization which commonly prints on one page but sometimes prints a few lines on a second page. This report is printed out and physically signed so users have been exporting to Word, then clipping screenshots and copying/pasting images from the second page onto the first in order to manually modify.
