Hi,

I tried to download the latest rcptt release 2.5.1 as also 2.3.0(from archives). But it redirects to a page which says access is denied(refer attached snapshot).

Please let me know if there is any alternate link to download it or what is the reason to restrict its access.

A number of eclipse.org servers were offline over the weekend. The contents of download.eclipse.org are slowly coming back, see https://www.eclipsestatus.io/ .
