Hello, I am having trouble while publishing a topic to the broker in cmd windows. I get an error message everytime that "Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."
I don't know what is the problem here. If somebody has encountered the same problem please let me know the solution.
I just want to try if the MQTT broker is working or not.
I have v2 of Mosquitto.
