In the latest versions of Eclipse (J2EE or Committers packaging), it seems that to have disappeared the OSGi Application Development Tools. I was able to add them installing IBM Liberty Developer Tools via marketplace.
However unfortunately it does not seem to exist anymore the dpp file support. Is it possibile to re-add it in some way?

PS:
answer would be also used to update the Kura documentation about hello-world example.
