Hi,

I have a Gendoc template that's been working for a while now; but when using the latest builds, document generation fails, with a message like the following (xxx replaces sensitive fields; this is with a Papyrus UML model, the model is named "ONAP Information Model" and it has submodels like "License".)

An example error message is:

"The execution of a script failed: The model Model can not be loaded from URL: "xxx/ONAP%2520Information%2520Model/License.uml" can not be loaded
The execution of a script failed: Error during generation of Gendoc script :null"

When I copy and paste the submodel to another model with no spaces in its name, Gendoc works fine (e.g., when the model is at the URL xxx/trial/License.uml".)

I'm on Windows 10 and my Eclipse, etc., builds are:
Gendoc 0.7.2.201909241003
Papyrus for UML 4.5.0.201909110825
Papyrus bundle for Gendoc 0.7.2.201909241003
Eclipse Modeling Tools 4.13.0.20190917-0000

Am not sure on where to file an issue, so posting here.
Thanks in advance for help and advice!
-Arun

Hi,

We have some issues with folders with spaces on it...

I will write a issue in bugzilla and I will try to take a look at it.
I know there has been some changes how Papyrus loads models in 2019-06 track,

But it looks we are encoding the submodels URLs twice, what it is wrong.

Regards,
Antonio

Hi,

I created a Bug for this issue:
Bug 552039 - Models with blanks in the name are not open properly

And I commit a fix for it. It should be included in the the nightly build from tomorrow (2019-Oct-12).

Regards,
Antonio
