We are aiming to have MQTT-SN clients connected to a Paho MQTTSNGateway. The clients will be using a cellular backhaul however it is expected that the cellular sessions will be relatively short lived, and their IP addresses will change frequently.

Upon the client detecting a change in IP address, it would reCONNECT with it's clientId so that the gateway would have the latest IP address, for that client ID.

How would this work in relation to the clients wanting to send QoS1 packets (and the fact that the client IP address needs to be in the client configuration file?)
