Cannot Preview Custom Look And Feel in Eclipse Neon [message #1747354]

Added new custom Look and Feel by browsing to File System and selecting the LookAndFeel.jar file from my desktop. Then while on the Design tab of a View.java file, I selected the LookAndFeel and the Preview showed empty space for checkboxes, radio buttons, buttons, labels, etc. All gui elements were blank and not drawn - not even an outline. When I switched back to the system look and feel, then the gui elements were drawn and visible wit outlines drawn.
