Liclipse first install - design tab crashes [message #1740545]

I'm new to Swing and looked into using some GUI interface.
Installed WindowBuilder.
new Java Project.
create new visual classes->Swing->Application window
Got a new java file with a basic class.
Clicking the 'Design' tab.
Message: "Opening design page. Parsing..."
After a few more seconds eclipse crashes.

Also tried creating a new JFrame instead.... same results.

I'm using LiClipse. Not sure what I should attach here to get some info on how to resolve this issue. Error Log? Installation Notes? Other?
