eRCP M9 Runtime packages

Runtime packages now contain eUpdate (Eclipse Update Manager) along with several bug fixes. All of eRCP is now functionally complete. The core and osgi related plugins have also been updated to the current 3.2 levels.

eRCP M8 Runtime packages

Runtime packages contain eSWT 1.0 Release Candidate, eSWT Demo Application, eJFace, Core Runtime, microXML, eWorkbench, and a sample eRCP Workbench application. All these components are now functionally complete. Bugs fixed in this build:
