IterableIterator<T>	This interface makes an Iterator Iterable so it can be used in an enhanced for loop.
IterableListIterator<T>	This interface makes an ListIterator Iterable so it can be used in an enhanced for loop.
ListMutator<E>	Used by CloneListIterator to remove elements from the original list; since the list iterator does not have direct access to the original list.
Mutator<E>	Used by CloneIterator to remove elements from the original collection; since the iterator does not have direct access to the original collection.
